Shipping Policy

At Jeweliquee, we aim to deliver your premium daily essentials securely and swiftly. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and processing details.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

We want to get your new treasures to you as seamlessly as possible. Our rates are calculated directly at checkout based on your order value:

  • Orders of €100 and above: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping worldwide.

  • Orders below €100: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

2. Order Processing Timelines

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a real-time tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package leaves our studio, estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Domestic / Regional Shipping: 2–4 business days.

  • International Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Please note that customs delays in your destination country, though rare, can occasionally extend these delivery windows.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey straight to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside our primary fulfillment zones, Jeweliquee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to cancel or change your order. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 24 hours at support@jeweliquee.com so we can initiate an investigation with the courier service.
