You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original premium packaging (pouch and box included).
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Earrings (due to sanitary reasons)
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces
Items purchased on final clearance or sale
Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jeweliquee cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
Once we receive your item, our studio team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned package. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies (typically 5β10 business days).
We engineering our jewelry for daily durability, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@jeweliquee.com with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
